Terms & Conditions
- Validity: All Privilege Cards are valid for one year from the date of registration.
- Free Consultations: Once the allotted free consultations have been used, regular consultation charges will apply.
- VAT: VAT will be charged in addition to the prices mentioned.
- Exclusive Benefits: In addition to the standard discounts on eligible services, cardholders may enjoy exclusive offers, special programs and additional benefits announced from time to time.
- Discounts & Offers: All discounts and benefits are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of each offer.
- Eligible Services: Applicable discounts and eligible services are clearly specified on the back of each card.
- External Services: External laboratory tests and scanning services referred to outside the clinic are not covered under the Privilege Card benefits.
- Available Card Types & Prices: Silver Card: SAR 125 + VAT; Gold Card: SAR 250 + VAT; Diamond Card: SAR 500 + VAT.
الشروط والأحكام
- صلاحية البطاقة: بطاقة الامتياز صالحة لمدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ التسجيل.
- الاستشارات المجانية: بعد استنفاد عدد الاستشارات المجانية المخصصة للبطاقة، تُطبق رسوم الاستشارات المعتادة.
- ضريبة القيمة المضافة: تُضاف ضريبة القيمة المضافة إلى الأسعار المذكورة، وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها.
- المزايا الحصرية: يحق لحاملي البطاقة الاستفادة من العروض الحصرية والبرامج الخاصة والمزايا الإضافية التي يعلن عنها المركز الطبي من وقت لآخر.
- الخصومات والعروض: تخضع جميع الخصومات والعروض والمزايا للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بكل عرض.
- الخدمات المشمولة: تُحدد الخصومات المطبقة والخدمات المشمولة بوضوح على الجهة الخلفية من البطاقة.
- الخدمات الخارجية: لا تشمل مزايا بطاقة الامتياز الفحوصات المخبرية وخدمات الأشعة التي يتم تحويلها إلى جهات خارجية.
- أنواع البطاقات والأسعار: البطاقة الفضية (Silver): 125 ريال سعودي + ضريبة القيمة المضافة؛ البطاقة الذهبية (Gold): 250 ريال سعودي + ضريبة القيمة المضافة؛ البطاقة الماسية (Diamond): 500 ريال سعودي + ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
